Course Description
This course introduces students to the complex world of healthcare compliance. It will prepare students to develop and maintain compliance programs for medical facilities by teaching them the pertinent federal laws and regulations, providing an overview of enforcement and regulatory agencies, and developing ethical protocols.Prerequisite: C or better in LAWH 700 and LAWH 701.GC: 10/28/2024.
