What to Expect
The American Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (ASBMB) is a national organization. Here at USC, our chapter consists of undergraduate members dedicated to scientific research and community outreach. Members have access to travel awards, grants and scholarships, subscriptions to scientific journals, support and mentorship from fellow students and staff members as well as opportunities to attend conferences and showcase research.
Registered Student Organization (RSO): student organizations that are independent legal entities from the University, have no delegated authority from the University, and do not perform functions on behalf of the university.
