What to Expect
We are the Distinguished Dons of the Beta Iota Chapter of Phi Iota Alpha Fraternity, Inc. We were founded on December 31, 1931 -- making us the oldest Latino fraternity still in existence. The Beta Iota Chapter at USC is the FIRST Latino-based Fraternity in the state of South Carolina. We emphasize our values of Pan-Americanism, an ideal formed by the men who formed Mexico, Central, and South America. We uphold the values of Strength, Integrity, and Friendship with the highest honor.
Registered Student Organization (RSO): student organizations that are independent legal entities from the University, have no delegated authority from the University, and do not perform functions on behalf of the university.
